First time buying a used car from Checkered Flag Auto Outlet, Mikel McGurran was my salesperson. It was an excellent experience, he took great care of us. The car was new to the lot and he helped me see the car before even before it was ready because it worked with my schedule. No haggle pricing was easy and it really helped coming with a warranty. Most likely I will look for Checkered Flag the next time I'm in the market.

As a returning customer who kept getting bad news from other dealerships I can say that I am so pleased and grateful I went back to the Auto Outlet. After 3 years they still remembered me and worked very hard to make sure I left satisfied with a new car. I’m not a hugger but I definitely had to hug Lucas and Mikel before I left because I was so happy and relieved. Side note: they don’t make commissions on their sales so they really thrive to help you find what you’re looking for!
