The detailer made the car look brand new, and the finance department had everything perfectly prepared, making the whole process smooth, quick, and easy.

As a first time auto purchase, the team at Checkered Flag Auto Outlet made what I imagined to be a nerve racking experience turn out to be SO smooth & easy! They were so welcoming and open to all questions, and even pulled up other cars I was looking at from different dealerships on CarFax to review them WITH me! Michael Morales especially talked thru everything with me, and eased up my anxiety! I left with not only a new used car that I feel confident and safe with, but I feeling more educated with the car-buying process. This place is my new favorite place in Virginia. My poor car drowned in a flash flood a few days ago and I was really upset. I walked into Checkered Flag Auto Outlet and Lucas was so welcoming and told me all about the dealership and their values. And then Ryan very patiently took me through all the options that fit in my budget. They didn’t try and upsell me anything I didn’t need. They didn’t get impatient or rude when I wanted to take some extra time (that has happened to me at other car places). They ended up getting me an AMAZING rate and I drove away with a car I’m truly very happy with. I will be sending anyone who needs a car to them in the future. Amazing people, amazing service and quality vehicles. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
