I had a great experience! Mikel was amazing and professional every step of the way. He went above and beyond to secure the car I was interested in purchasing. The detailer made the car look brand new, and the finance department had everything perfectly prepared, making the whole process smooth, quick, and easy.

This place is my new favorite place in Virginia. My poor car drowned in a flash flood a few days ago and I was really upset. I walked into Checkered Flag Auto Outlet and Lucas was so welcoming and told me all about the dealership and their values. And then Ryan very patiently took me through all the options that fit in my budget. They didn’t try and upsell me anything I didn’t need. They didn’t get impatient or rude when I wanted to take some extra time (that has happened to me at other car places). They ended up getting me an AMAZING rate and I drove away with a car I’m truly very happy with. I will be sending anyone who needs a car to them in the future. Amazing people, amazing service and quality vehicles. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
